In 1996, the vision of creating an authentic catering establishment with a restaurant and a variety of event rooms was realized. The Giesserei is located in Oerlikon. It offers not only culinary delights, but also an exceptional ambience with historical flair.

The old bar in the foundry has undergone a complete renovation. New life was breathed into it in the building. The design of the new bar, including a back bar, is tastefully based on the existing restaurant. Historical elements merge with modern design.
